Lack of cool bikes in Mexico City

So this is the only Harley I saw in Mexico. There is a serious lack of cool bikes there, or at least from what I saw. Everyone just rides these weird looking Honda scooters. I was kinda bummed because I thought I might see some cool bikes there but I didn't. If anyone knows about the chopper/bobber scene let me know cause I am interested to learn more about it.
